We offer training, REHABILITATION, TESTING and

  • Individual 1-on-1

    Individual training is a one-on-one session (with the option of 2on1 partner training by agreement). It includes full use of the facility and equipment, a personalized training plan, review of relevant documentation (medical or other), and, if needed, testing and analysis.
    Sessions are led by a professional coach and last 60–75 minutes. Scheduling is flexible.
    Training is offered in packages (5 or 10 sessions), with each visit deducted from the total number of sessions purchased. Package validity starts from the date of purchase: 5-session package: 60 days and 10-session package: 90 days. Unused sessions are not carried over or refunded after expiration.

  • Semi-Private (up to 1-on-5)

    Semi-private training takes place in a small group (up to 5 people) and includes full use of the facility and equipment, an individualized training plan, and, if needed, testing and analysis.
    Sessions are led by a professional coach and last 60–75 minutes. Time slots are scheduled in advance.
    Training is offered in packages (5 or 10 sessions), with each visit deducted from the total number of sessions purchased. Package validity starts from the date of purchase: 5-session package: 60 days and 10-session package: 90 days. Unused sessions are not carried over or refunded after expiration.

    This is not a group class. Each client follows their own program. The coach is present at all times.
    The approach remains individual, just within a group setting that brings more energy, support, and accountability.

    Athletes receive a €25 discount on the 10-session semi-private training package and 15€ for 5-session package.

At SuperTrening, we believe in progress that’s built on solid planning, consistent training, and a supportive environment where you’re guided – not dependent.

That’s why we emphasize the Semi-Private model as our core approach.

That’s why we focus on a model that has proven to be the most effective over the years: semi-private training. This means each individual follows their own program within a small group (4–5 people), under the supervision and guidance of a coach. It’s no coincidence that this model delivers the best balance between results, support, and investment.

In all cases, the first (introductory) session is individual. Its purpose is to assess your current level, experience, abilities, and any limitations, and to guide you into the most appropriate training program.

Most clients begin with a number of individual sessions (typically 5 or 10), where we get to know your body, build the foundation, and teach you proper exercise execution. Once this is established, you transition into semi-private training.

A minimum of one (1) individual session is required to join semi-private training. If the coach assesses that additional preparation is needed, a package of 5 or 10 sessions may be recommended. To join a Semi-Private group, you must first complete at least one (1) individual session. If the coach determines you need more time to prepare, you may be recommended a 5 or 10-session individual package before transitioning.

Training sessions are purchased and paid in advance. Booking is only possible with an active package. Packages have a limited validity: 5 sessions – 60 days and 10 sessions – 90 days. Unused sessions are not carried over or refunded after expiration.

Scheduling and session management are handled through the PushPress app. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the session. Otherwise, the session is considered used. Communication takes place via the PushPress app and a private WhatsApp group with you and the coaches.

This price list is valid from April 1, 2026.

The company is not subject to VAT in accordance with Article 94 of the VAT Act (ZDDV-1).

  • Training is performed at the participant’s own risk.

  • The participant (client) confirms that they are medically fit to engage in training.

  • All prices apply to advance payment or bank transfer prior to training.

  • All package prices are per session per person, unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g. monthly pricing).

  • All promotional prices are valid until all available spots are filled.

  • Any absence from a scheduled session must be communicated in accordance with the applicable terms; otherwise, we reserve the right to charge for the session.

  • Paid training sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable,
    except in exceptional cases at the discretion of the provider (e.g. long-term illness or injury).
