Če že uporabljaš Whoop, Oura, Apple Watch ali kaj podobnega – samo še lažje bo.

Ni problema in skrbi. Po 1 mesecu ti brez težav vrnemo denar, če oceniš, da program ni bil zate. Tako da RES ničesar ne tvegaš.
Večina treningov traja med 30 in 60 minut – odvisno od tvojih ciljev, urnika in razpoložljivega čas in teme treninga. Moč običajno traja malo dlje, trening mobilnosti ali vzdržljivosti pa je lahko tudi krajši.
Ni problema. Na posvetu gremo skupaj čez tvojo zgodovino treningov, zato da ti lahko potem program popolnoma prilagodimo glede na tvoje izhodišče – tudi če si popoln začetnik.
Dobiš navodila, video razlago in podporo, da veš točno, kaj in kako.
Vse vaje so razložene z video posnetki in dodatnimi navodili.
Če pri kakšni nisi prepričan, lahko v aplikaciji naložiš video svoje izvedbe, pošlješ posnetek v našo zasebno WhatsApp skupino in ti pomagamo – tudi z video feedbackom, če je treba.
V aplikaciji vnašaš ponovitve, teže, počutje… Mi pa redno spremljamo tvoj napredek in ti na tej osnovi prilagajamo plan.
