Some are monitored every training session, some weekly, monthly or every three months. We obtain objective data that helps us plan training sessions for maximum progress.

An athlete’s health is his or her main asset. Our top priority is prevention and reducing the risk of injury. Many injuries can be prevented or mitigated if you train well, have a proper diet, sleep and regeneration. only a healthy and motivated athlete who can train regularly has a chance to progress.
