What do the training sessions look like?

Training sessions are held in small groups (up to 4 people) at pre-set times – either in the morning or in the afternoon.

They contain a combination of strength, explosiveness, speed and mobility training – each athlete has a plan tailor-made for them (based on their testing results, the needs of their sport and their goals).

Training takes place mainly in the SuperTrening gym (Ljubljanska cesta 3a, Celje) and in the stadium of the I. Gimnazija in Celje.

What age are the programs suitable for?

No. Each programme is tailored to the needs of the individual: depending on the test results, the needs of the sport and the goals.

We train athletes from different disciplines: football, basketball, handball, volleyball, tennis, alpine skiing, MMA, snowboard, table tennis, and the list goes on.

Do I need any prior knowledge for weight training?

No, no prior knowledge is required. We’ll teach you everything. And you’re always supervised by experts to make sure you do all the exercises safely and correctly – for optimal results.

Are programs custom made for sports and goals?

Each programme is individually tailored to the individual, based on testing results, experience, sport needs and goals.

We also take regular measurements throughout the programme and adjust the programme to improve results.

Where do the trainings take place?

Training takes place in the SuperTrening gym in Celje (Ljubljanska cesta 3a – under the student services).

The athletics stadium of the I. gymnasium in Celje is used for dedicated speed training.

How long is the OFF-SEASON programme?

Programmes start as early as 15.
May 15 and run until 31.
August.

In principle, you can choose to continue from month to month, but in our experience, it is best to stay with us for at least 2 months to ensure results.

Some of the most motivated people stay with us for up to 3 months – depending on when you start your training, of course.

2-month plans also have a 7% discount and 3-month plans have a 10% discount.

How many training sessions per week?
You can choose between 3 options: 3x weekly, 4x weekly and 5x weekly training with us.
What is the price of the OFF-SEASON program?

The price depends on the number of training sessions.

3x per week = 275 €

4x per week = 330 €

5x per week = €400

What happens after the Off-Season? (training further adapted, or online, or see you next year)

After the OFF-SEASON programme you have 3 options:

1) Continue training with us in the IN-SEASON programme.

2) We can provide you with a remote training plan and instructions (via our app)

3) Or see you again next summer, if you want to go again.

Can I try the training for free first?

Of course – that way you can see for yourself if this style of training is something you could benefit from.

Your free training includes:

  • Warm-up & analysis of your movement patterns
  • Measurement of different types of jumps with measuring devices (from easier to more complex and explosive)
  • Strength training (where we’ll focus on larger muscle groups)
  • Finally, a “finisher” for your hands and/or mobility
  • Calming exercises (head and body)
