Transmission of personal data and your privacy

During the registration process at Zavod SuperTrening (Ljubljanska cesta 3a, 3000 Celje, hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Controller or Controller) and also by otherwise visiting the website, you (can) provide us with certain personal data, which we are obliged to handle (collect, store, edit, delete) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1, Official Journal of the Republic of Slovenia No. 94/2007) and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter GDPR).

Availabillity of personal data

Access to personal data is granted exclusively to the manager. We do not lend or sell your personal data, we only use it for predefined purposes for which we have your explicit permission.

Part 1. Newsletter subscription

What personal data do you provide to us?

When you register, you will provide us with your email address and your first name (optional) and last name (optional).

Why do we need this data?

We need the data for the purposes of sending newsletters and personalizing notifications.

How long do we keep this data?

We keep this information until you request deletion.

Do we share this data with whom and who has access to it?

We do not share or allow access to data by anyone who is not in a working relationship with the controller.

How do we store, process and use this data?

We use a dedicated online form to receive your data. The data is sent via a secure connection and stored in a database on a server. We do not process or use the data in any other way.

Part 2. Registration for seminars and other events we organize

What personal data do you provide to us?

When you register, please provide us with your name, surname, email address and telephone number.

Why do we need this data?

We need the information for the purposes of organizing the seminar or event and to keep you informed about schedules, changes, etc.

How long do we keep this data?

This information is kept until the end of the event. After the event, we delete it.

Do we share this data with whom and who has access to it?

We do not share or allow access to data by anyone who is not in a working relationship with the controller. We only share a limited amount of personal data with third parties when it is necessary (e.g. booking accommodation, etc.).

How do we store, process and use this data?

We use email communication (usually via a direct online form) to receive your data, or we accept your applications and data directly at the reception desk of the centre or at the reception desk of the centre.
by telephone (simple written list of participants).
We do not process or use your data in any other way.

Your rights in relation to the personal data provided

Your rights regarding your personal data are set out in the GDPR:

  • Right to information: whenever you intend to provide us with information, we first explain why we need the information, how we will handle it, etc;

    However, you have the right to object to the use of this data;
  • the right to decide on automated individual decision-making, including profiling.

Security of data transmission and storage

All servers and other systems on which your personal data is stored are secure and adequately protected using standard protocols.

The supertrening.si website and all its subdomains have a built-in SSL (Let’s Encrypt) security certificate that encrypts the communication between the website and its users.

Only authorised employees of Zavod SuperTrening have access to your personal and other data.
Access to your data is granted and permitted only for tasks that are strictly necessary for their work.

How can you exercise your privacy rights?

You can exercise your rights at any time to request access to the record of your data, to have it corrected, to have it deleted from the database, or to exercise any of these rights.

To prevent abuse and ensure reliable identification, we may request additional information from you.
If we are unable to identify you reliably, we may also refuse to take action.
We will respond to your requests as soon as possible or at the latest within two weeks of your request.

If you believe that we are processing your data in breach of the General Data Protection Regulation, you can also contact the Information Commissioner.
