12-week offseason physical preparation program for basketball
In collaboration with B4LR (pronounced “Baller”) we have made a Offseason program designed for basketball players with previous lifting experience (or coaches who want to see the programming & exercise selection).
The program includes:
150+ exercises with video demonstrations
12 week Offseason program
4 Phases: Baller foundation, Building the engine, Becoming fast & explosive & Basketball shape
Strength, Power & Speed development
Basketball 6×6 conditioning test included
Developed by Rok Razdevšek, professional Strength & Conditioning Coach for Basketball team Landstede Hammers. In his 10 year career, he trained many high level basketball players (NCAA Division I, top european competitions, youth national teams etc.).
