  • What is included?
  1. Individual talk with you about your sport, injury history, your goals, desires and ambitions, your expectations from the programme and any other limitations you might have.
  2. Testing with explanations on why do it, how to do it with the equipment you have available.
  3. Designing an individual plan tailored to your situation – sport, age, experience, health, available time for training (not to interfere with your regular sport training sessions) and the gym/equipment you got at your disposal.
  4. Monitoring & analyzing work you’ve done, your form/technique, progressions and regressions, possible problems and solutions.
  5. Access to video demonstrations of the exercises with instructions. Also you can ask any additional questions you might have.
  6. Program includes a strength & power program, speed & acceleration program, conditioning program and a recovery program. All planned and guided for you.
  7. 4-week Full Excel Programme (Strength, Power, Speed, Conditioning) + Exercise Video Instruction + Support via email! Includes 12 strength & power trainings, 8 speed & acceleration training and 8 conditioning trainings (if needed).
