I am a Portuguese Physiotherapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach. Having a BSc degree in Physiotherapy and advanced Strength &amp; Conditioning education, I would describe myself as an athletic performance enthusiast. My academic and education background shaped my scope of practice towards the enhancement of physical qualities and reduction of injury risk within professional sports teams and athletes.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rolf Ohman<br><\/strong>\u201cI have worked for over 35 years in International sports, as an athlete (decathlon) and as coach at both International as well as National level. Diploma sports coaching, IAAF level coach BSc. in Behavioral Science. I have worked extensively with training and testing of physical performance of individual athletes in Track &amp; Field as well as Professional soccer (Italian National Team Euro Cup 2012 &amp; Udinese FC 2013-14) and professional ice-hockey teams, and have lectured in coaching and sports testing in Sweden, Australia, USA, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Norway, China and Italy. I\u2019m also the Inventor and Founder of the 1080 Technology. Since 2016 I have worked in China\/Hong Kong and I was Assistant Head National Coach China for Sprints\/Jumps in 2018-20, Olympic Preparation Coach 2020-21, Head Jumps Coach Hong Kong Sports Institute 2022-presently.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Carlos Balsalobre<\/strong><br>\u201cI\u2019m a sports scientist from the Autonomous University of Madrid, Spain. My main interests are exercise performance, strength training, and new technologies. I have a PhD. and two MSc. on High Performance in Sports and I\u2019ve authored 50+ scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals. I\u2019m also an iOS developer, and creator of My Jump Lab, popular validated apps to measure performance with hundreds of thousands of downloads worldwide.
