pulse.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Different types of substrate and the corresponding calculation of losses: athletics track, grass, mud and no losses.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>One or more distances in each interval.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>different rest periods (recommended duration already entered).<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Intensity (already pre-set for easier selection)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Duration (pre-set).<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>An added plus is the instant analysis of what is planned, using figures (right in the table) and graphs.<br \/>\nThis allows you to see, even with a limited knowledge of the physiology of effort, where the &#8220;black hole&#8221;
