Validity of Packages<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"4564\" data-end=\"4790\">\n<li data-start=\"4564\" data-end=\"4628\">\n<p data-start=\"4566\" data-end=\"4628\"><strong data-start=\"4566\" data-end=\"4585\">Single sessions<\/strong> are valid for <strong data-start=\"4600\" data-end=\"4611\">45 days<\/strong> from purchase.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4629\" data-end=\"4710\">\n<p data-start=\"4631\" data-end=\"4710\"><strong data-start=\"4631\" data-end=\"4643\">Packages<\/strong> (5 or 10 sessions) are valid for <strong data-start=\"4677\" data-end=\"4694\">60 or 90 days<\/strong> respectively.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4711\" data-end=\"4790\">\n<p data-start=\"4713\" data-end=\"4790\">Unused sessions are <strong data-start=\"4733\" data-end=\"4772\">non-transferable and non-refundable<\/strong> after expiration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"4792\" data-end=\"4795\">\n<h3 data-start=\"4797\" data-end=\"4834\">6. Participation and Program Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"5174\" data-end=\"5486\">\n<li data-start=\"5174\" data-end=\"5295\">\n<p data-start=\"5176\" data-end=\"5295\">A <strong data-start=\"5178\" data-end=\"5200\">minimum of one (1)<\/strong> individual session is required before joining structured programs (especially small group).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5296\" data-end=\"5373\">\n<p data-start=\"5298\" data-end=\"5373\">Coaches may recommend <strong data-start=\"5320\" data-end=\"5351\">5 or 10 additional sessions<\/strong> based on readiness.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5374\" data-end=\"5486\">\n<p data-start=\"5376\" data-end=\"5486\">For youth athletes (students), group times are fixed with a minimum of <strong data-start=\"5447\" data-end=\"5465\">2 participants<\/strong>, and a maximum of 4.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"5488\" data-end=\"5491\">\n<h3 data-start=\"5493\" data-end=\"5535\">8. Liability and Client Responsibility<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"5537\" data-end=\"5795\">\n<li data-start=\"5537\" data-end=\"5624\">\n<p data-start=\"5539\" data-end=\"5624\">Clients must inform coaches of any medical or physical conditions before beginning.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5625\" data-end=\"5729\">\n<p data-start=\"5627\" data-end=\"5729\">SuperTrening is not liable for injuries resulting from undisclosed conditions or misuse of training.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5730\" data-end=\"5795\">\n<p data-start=\"5732\" data-end=\"5795\">Clients train at their <strong data-start=\"5755\" data-end=\"5767\">own risk<\/strong>, unless personally insured.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"5797\" data-end=\"5800\">\n<h3 data-start=\"5802\" data-end=\"5841\">9. Changes to Schedule and Services<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"5843\" data-end=\"6047\">\n<li data-start=\"5843\" data-end=\"5957\">\n<p data-start=\"5845\" data-end=\"5957\">SuperTrening reserves the right to adjust schedules, services, or prices, with prior notice to active clients.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5958\" data-end=\"6047\">\n<p data-start=\"5960\" data-end=\"6047\">If a session is cancelled by us (e.g., illness), a replacement session will be offered.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"6049\" data-end=\"6052\">\n<h3 data-start=\"6054\" data-end=\"6080\">10. Processing of Health Data<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"6082\" data-end=\"6310\">\n<li data-start=\"6082\" data-end=\"6130\">\n<p data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"657\">We may collect sensitive personal data from clients, such as medical records, injury-related information, physical limitations, or surgical history.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"659\" data-end=\"869\">By signing our Training Agreement (Dogovor o pogojih vadbe), the client expressly consents to SuperTrening processing these data <strong data-start=\"788\" data-end=\"868\">solely for the purpose of providing safe and appropriately tailored training<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"1027\">\n<p data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"1027\">Health data are stored securely in physical or electronic format and are accessible only to professional staff involved in training planning and delivery.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1028\" data-end=\"1144\">\n<p data-start=\"1030\" data-end=\"1144\">Data are retained for a maximum of <strong data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1112\">2 years after the end of active cooperation<\/strong>, or until consent is withdrawn.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1304\">\n<p data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1304\">The client has the right to <strong data-start=\"1175\" data-end=\"1223\">access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent<\/strong> at any time; such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1304\"><strong data-start=\"1460\" data-end=\"1478\">Privacy Policy<\/strong>:&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/supertrening.si\/en\/privacy-policy\">http:\/\/supertrening.si\/en\/privacy-policy<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"6049\" data-end=\"6052\">\n<h3 data-start=\"6054\" data-end=\"6080\">11. Use of Photos and Videos<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"6082\" data-end=\"6310\">\n<li data-start=\"6082\" data-end=\"6130\">\n<p data-start=\"116\" data-end=\"302\">By participating in training sessions, the client agrees that the provider may occasionally use photos or video recordings taken during training for promotional and educational purposes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6082\" data-end=\"6130\">\n<p data-start=\"116\" data-end=\"302\">The client may, at any time, notify the provider in writing if they do not wish to be included in such materials.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"6049\" data-end=\"6052\">\n<h3 data-start=\"6054\" data-end=\"6080\">12.
