What are the focus areas of our cooperation?

  • Power and strength
    An athlete’s strength is the key to developing speed and performance on the field.
    It affects both the performance (speed, explosiveness, endurance) and the prevention part (lower risk of injury).
  • Prevention
    The ability to tolerate potentially dangerous situations and traumas that could otherwise lead to injury or illness.
  • Speed
    Accelerating, stopping, changing direction and absorbing forces, better initial (“first step”) and final speed.
  • Explosiveness
    Jumps, throws, landings and everything in between.
    A better vertical jump gives you an advantage on the ground.
    A better horizontal jump is associated with a higher top speed.
    Lateral jumps are associated with better change of direction.
    We’re improving everything!
  • Endurance
    To be able to say that an athlete is performing to his or her potential, he or she must be able to demonstrate technical skills and tactical elements at every moment of the game.
    Especially at the end, when the matches are “breaking”.

    We provide support for holistic development and link with physiotherapy, nutrition and psychology.
    We build awareness that hard and quality work together with consistency are the pillars to reach your potential!
